After getting an assignment, we appraise the
requirement of the client to understand the required set
of competencies matching the Organization Conduct
which leads to identification of the right experience and
professional as well as personal characteristics in a
candidate.
B) Analysis of Positions and Requirements:
Our well defined approach enables us to understand
and identify the need of both company and
candidates, which further leads us to decide best
search strategy to target on specific skills, knowledge
education, personality and experience.
Client after signing the agreement. Client giving us the
exact (By phone or by Email) Job Specification & Job
Description, Salary Structure, Numbers Requirement
and Other Terms and Conditions Of Employment Etc.
C) Searching:
We perform rigorous research on companies and
candidates to identify key competencies like Job title,
Key result areas, Job Specifications, compensation
package, Location and other necessary details. Our
research provides comprehensive and detailed list of
qualified candidates. This leads to identification of
suitable candidate from our in depth database or by
advertisement by us.
D) Screening & evolution of the Candidate:
tool we talk with the candidate by phone (if
Possible arrange personnel meeting) first we
provide him with all brief job profile. We gather
and verify all candidate details with his current
resume. We evaluate the candidate with whole
frame strictly intimated by client. We choose
the best candidates on basis of prior work
experience, qualifications, strength and
weakness of the candidate to fit into work
culture and ethics of the client organization.
The potential candidates are contacted and
interview are conducted to find out their
interest and Suitability.
E) Submitting Resumes to the client
After careful consideration we forward a
complete set of cv's to the clients for review
and evalution. For short listing of cv. We separately provide one
excel file showing detailed summary of
candidate.
F) Line up interview
we request the client to send us the names
of short listed candidates by line manager.
After getting the proper short listing we
coordinate and line the candidate at pre
decided value and time by client or may be
by candidate.
G) Confirmation of candidate :
We keep in touch with candidate for
attending the scheduled interview
and provide the best coordination
to reach on time at venue of
interview. Subsequently we also
update our client for availability of
c a n d i d a t e a n d g i v e p e r f e c t
c o n fi r m a t i o n o f c a n d i d a t e ' s
attendance before 2hrs.
H) Offering the candidate and follow up :
We help our clients by actively participating in negotiation process
including compensation and perks. We keep close contact with the
candidate till he or she joins the company and maintain constant
touch with client as well as candidate to ensure smooth integration
into organization and accomplishment of targets and performance
goals. In short we select those candidates, who fit in well in
company 's plan.
